Booking Terms & Conditions For Live Musician in Delhi at PAIPA

Reservation

To begin with, to secure your booking, an initial advance payment of 60% of the total fee must be made either by cash or bank transfer. This step is crucial to ensure your slot is reserved.

Non-Refundable Advance

Please note that the advance fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, make sure to finalise your plans before committing to the payment.

Payment Balance

Furthermore, the remaining amount must be settled in full, either in cash or via bank transfer, at the venue before the commencement of the event. This ensures that all financial matters are handled smoothly.

Client Responsibilities

In addition, transportation, accommodation, and F&B services should be arranged and provided by the client or the event company. These logistics are essential for the comfort and well-being of our performers.

Accommodation Standards

Moreover, for events outside Delhi, accommodations must meet a minimum 5-star or equivalent standard. This is to guarantee a comfortable stay for our performers.

Green Room Facilities

Two well-lit, air-conditioned green rooms equipped with tables, chairs, mirrors, snacks, and beverages must be made available. This provision is necessary for the performers to prepare and relax.

Technical Requirements

Additionally, the client is responsible for providing stage lighting and sound equipment as per our specifications. Proper technical setup is vital for the success of the performance.

Availability of the Performers

The performer will be available for a maximum of 4 hours. This time frame ensures that the event proceeds smoothly and efficiently.

Night Travel Policy

Lastly, please note that we do not undertake nighttime road travel outside of Delhi. This policy is in place for the safety and security of our performers.
