This accelerated learning approach enables you to perform semi-classical and Bollywood fusion dances on various stages, including weddings, corporate events, and school or college functions.

PAIPA is proud to be affiliated with Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh, allowing our students to appear for exams annually. You can earn a Diploma in 2 years and a Degree in 3 years through our structured courses.

Many of our dance students have successfully performed in events and shows in Delhi, India, and abroad. They also have the option to prepare for dance competitions. • Class will be held on zoom application.
• Please take the class on Laptop / TV not on phone, also attached the laptop with any little loud music system / Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth earphones / headphones so you can hear the voice / Music / command properly.
• You can also take the class on Tablets / Phone in case laptop is not available.

Reservation & Advance Payment

To secure your booking, an initial advance payment of 60% of the total fee must be made via bank transfer or cash. This payment reserves your date and musician(s).

Non-Refundable Advance Policy

The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Once payment is made, please ensure your event details are finalized before confirming the booking.

Balance Payment

The remaining 40% balance must be paid in full (in cash or bank transfer) at the event venue before the performance commences.

Event Requirements

• Transportation, accommodation, and food (F&B) must be arranged by the client
• For events outside Delhi, accommodation must meet minimum 5-star or equivalent standards
• Two well-lit, air-conditioned green rooms with tables, chairs, mirrors, refreshments, and snacks must be available

Technical Requirements

• Professional stage with proper lighting setup
• Sound equipment as per PAIPA specifications (or we can arrange it for additional cost)
• Power supply adequate for all equipment
• Dedicated sound engineer on the day (optional – can be arranged by us)

Performance Duration

Musicians are available for a maximum of 4 hours per event. Additional hours available at extra cost (₹2,000-5,000 per hour depending on artist).

Event Confirmation

Final event confirmation must be done 1 week before the scheduled date. Any changes after confirmation will be subject to additional charges if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before event: 50% advance refund
• Cancellation 15-30 days before event: Advance is non-refundable
• Cancellation less than 15 days: Full amount forfeited

Night Travel Policy

PAIPA does not undertake nighttime road travel outside Delhi for safety reasons. Events outside Delhi must plan accordingly or arrange accommodation.

Performance Quality Guarantee

We guarantee professional, high-quality performances. In case of any technical issues or unsatisfactory performance, we’ll address them immediately or provide an alternative musician.
