Terms and Conditions for Booking

Team Members

There are two options for booking the singer:

1. Singer with Band (Total 8 Members)
   • Live performance with a band, lasting 2 to 3 hours non-stop.
2. Singer with Minus Track and Side Dancers
   • Singing performance lasting up to 1 hour.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Advance Payment
   • 60% of the total fee must be paid as a booking advance via CASH, NEFT, PAYTM, or DD.
2. Cancellation Policy
   • The advance fee is non-refundable in case of event cancellation.
3. Remaining Payment
   • The remaining amount must be paid in CASH, PAYTM, or DD at the venue before the event starts.
4. Transportation and Accommodation
   • Transportation, accommodation, and F&B should be provided by the client or event company.
   • Accommodation must be a minimum of 5-star or equivalent.

Duration and Travel

5. Performance Duration
   • The singer and band will be available for 3 to 4 hours. The time starts when the singer enters the venue.
6. Travel Restrictions
   • Night travel by road is not permitted.
7. Sound Setup
   • If the appropriate sound setup is not provided, the singer may refuse to perform. The singer has the sole discretion to determine the sound quality.
8. Attendant Requirement
   • A full-time attendant must be provided to cater to any requirements of the singer and band.
