For Booking – Terms & conditions –
1. 60% amount of the total fee must be paid as booking advance by cheque / cash / NEFT / DD.
2. The advance fee is not refundable, In case of cancellation of the event.
3. Rest amount must be paid by cash / DD only at the venue before the event starts.
4. Transportation / Accommodation F & B should be provided by client or event company only.
5. Accommodation should be minimum 3 star or similar.
6. Two air-condition green rooms must be provided with table, chairs, mirrors, snacks and beverages.
7. The troupe will be available for 4 hours only.
8. In case of extending the time after 10 PM, dinner must be provided to all the troupe members on venue only.
9. We don’t travel in the night by road.

We would like to book 4 girls+4 boys dance troupe for 19th March. Event starts at 10.30 am.Dancers should be ready by 11.30am. Venue is in Gurgaon. The theme is “Floral” so, we will give garlands to the boys to wear,& tube rose skirts to the girls to wear,on top of their cloth skirts/leggings.We are looking for 3 dance sequences, like every year.
